A blog about whatever randomosity my fevered mind conceives.

Justice Served I

The steady hum of electric lights.

The bustle of white clad bodies.

He trembles in anticipation.

He clinches his teeth.

He waits for death.

He has done no wrong,

He has committed no crime

But he will die

For the sins of another.

He will cease to breathe.

His heart will no longer beat.

And the world as he knows it

Will come to an end.

The sharp stink of alcohol

And the prick of a needle

As it pierces his skin.

His heart begins to tremble;

He is aware

But he can no longer move,

Nor speak.

He remembers his life.

He thinks of his mother.

He is no more.

A life taken.

A life destroyed.

Justice served in an unjust world.
